HENRI LE SIDANER GARDENS GENERAL REGULATIONS
Classified as a noteworthy and historical site, the Henri Le Sidaner gardens feature
a range of beautiful flora.
Article 1
These regulations apply to all of the Henri Le Sidaner gardens.
Article 2
The Henri Le Sidaner gardens are open to the general public. Visitors must respect the following regulations.
Article 3
Terms of entry
Visitors must pay to enter the gardens.
The management reserves the right to shut the gardens to the public exceptionally in certain weather conditions or for
safety reasons.
Article 4
Public behaviour
Upon the visitor’s arrival, they must be careful not to get in the way of other visitors when taking photographs or filming.
Visitors must not take any photos of the garden staff except when special permission is given.
It is strictly forbidden for visitors to make noise or disrupt the peace, or trample on or damage in any way the plants in
the gardens.
Picnics are forbidden and visitors are not allowed to swim in the pond located in the yellow and blue garden.
Article 5
Responsibility
Children remain entirely under the responsibility of their parents or child-minders.
Article 6
Cleanliness
To ensure the gardens are kept clean, all rubbish must be removed. In all the gardens cigarette butts must not be
discarded, and should be disposed of by all smokers.
Article 7
Pet animals
Pet animals are the sole responsibility their owners and must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs must either wear a
muzzle or must be kept under tight control. Dog-owners must immediately dispose of any faeces left by their pets during
their visit.
Article 8
Special users
Groups of photographic visitors wishing to film or photograph the gardens must request special authorization or image
reproduction rights from the park owners. For photoshoots, special equipment is needed and special authorization
must also be requested from the park management. Legal proceedings will be taken if excessive commercial recording
is carried out without special authorization by the management.
Article 9
Environment
The plants are sensitive and their protection is everyone’s responsibility.
